Trapiche Lote 4 – Comas), is seeking **01 PROFESSIONAL OPERATIONS INTERN**, who will support and assist the Operations Department of the water park and countryside restaurant, contributing to the control, organization, and continuity of daily operational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing procurement requests for operational supplies and materials. * Support the request and tracking of quotations and purchase orders. * Assist in receiving and performing basic verification of supplies. * Assist in physical inventory counts and inventory recordkeeping. * Support supply replenishment for the restaurant, bar, and water park. * Assist in implementing operational checklists. * Assist in organizing and archiving operational documentation. * Report operational incidents to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Gastronomy, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, or related fields. * Minimum six months’ internship or operational support experience in restaurants or the gastronomy sector is desirable. * Must reside in Comas or neighboring districts (mandatory due to rotating shifts). * Immediate availability. * Valid driver’s license (desirable). **We Offer:** * Professional internship agreement. * Market-competitive financial stipend. * Timely payments. * Continuous learning through real-world operations at the water park and restaurant. * Positive work environment and operational mentoring. * Discounts on corporate group brands.
