Support in talent management: monitoring attraction, compensation, and development processes. Assist in HR advisory and solutions for the business: address leaders’ inquiries and prepare presentations of initiatives/proposals. Support HR metrics management: metrics such as organizational climate, turnover, performance, productivity, and other relevant KPIs. Support cross-functional HR projects: coordination and tracking of initiatives, administrative tasks, and project logistics. Collaborate in reviewing and aligning organizational structures.
