Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-system projects in mining, industrial, and energy environments at C&R Integral Service S.A.C. Participates in high-impact strategic projects At **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, an engineering and comprehensive telecommunications solutions company, we are looking for a **Project Manager**, focused on planning, coordinating, and executing multi-system projects in mining, industrial, and energy environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, monitor, and close telecommunications and integrated systems projects in mining and industrial environments. * Manage project schedules, scope, costs, resources, and risks, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and budget. * Coordinate with engineering, logistics, procurement, and field crews to ensure proper technical and operational execution. * Supervise implementation of solutions in radio communication, microwave, WiFi networks, CCTV, structured cabling, electronic security, and power systems. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations, client standards, and field safety requirements. * Prepare progress reports, performance indicators (KPIs), meeting minutes, and final project documentation. * Manage site access, permits, logistics, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for fieldwork. * Maintain constant communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring proper project management. * Validate installation quality, testing, and commissioning of implemented systems. * Propose continuous improvements aimed at operational efficiency and project productivity. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications. * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing telecommunications or infrastructure projects in mining, industrial, or energy (oil \& gas) sectors. * Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Radio communication, microwave, WiFi networks, CCTV, structured cabling, electronic security, or power/UPS systems. * Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and descriptive specifications. * Basic knowledge of radio frequency (RF), IP networks (VLAN, PoE, addressing), and field infrastructure work. * Experience handling technical documentation and reports in industrial environments. * Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel (mandatory). **Desirable** * Experience with Motorola MotoTRBO radio communication systems. * Knowledge of MTC regulations (frequency homologation and licensing). * Experience in mining, energy, oil \& gas, or heavy industry. * Certifications or courses in project management (PMI, Scrum, ITIL, etc.). * Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, AutoCAD, or Jira. * Experience managing field crews and vendors. **Competencies** * Leadership and effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organization and management of multiple priorities. * Results orientation and goal achievement. * Capacity to anticipate technical and operational risks. **We Offer** * Join a company with a strong track record in telecommunications projects across mining, industrial, and energy sectors. * Continuous training and professional development. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Job stability and a positive organizational climate.
