Interdepartmental coordination to meet procurement needs. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage procurement processes, applying defined standards and procedures to achieve optimization of resources and timely results. ENTEL CONNECT is looking for a PROCUREMENT INTERN \- Finance; Responsibilities: * Identify and select new suppliers, verifying that they meet established criteria for registration in the supplier database. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. * Review purchase requests, ensuring compliance with all established parameters. * Request quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and other commercial conditions. * Prepare comparative tables and budget availability analyses to approve purchase requests. * Issue purchase orders, route them for signature, and send them to suppliers for processing. * Maintain the Supplier Contracts database up to date, issuing alerts regarding upcoming contract expiration dates. * Review returned communication equipment to determine whether deductions apply and inform the Human Resources department accordingly. * Manage employee mobility requests in accordance with established policies. Review the monthly mobility report by supplier. * Review and control office supplies, printer consumables, and bond paper orders based on the budget. * Participate in Certification and Homologation processes. * Prepare procurement reports, savings reports, and procurement-related performance indicators. * Coordinate with other company departments to understand their needs and channel them appropriately. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position, as well as those assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Administrative Sciences, Finance, or related fields. * Logistics (desirable) * Knowledge of EXCEL \- BI (desirable) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
