




Lead, coordinate, and supervise the restaurant’s overall operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, adherence to quality standards, cost control, team leadership, and business profitability. Experience: * Minimum 2–3 years as restaurant manager, head waiter, or restaurant supervisor. * Experience in high-volume restaurants (buffet, all-you-can-eat, franchises, or casual dining). * Experience leading teams of more than 15 people. **Key Responsibilities** Operations and Service * Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. * Ensure compliance with service, quality, and presentation standards. * Resolve customer incidents and guarantee a premium experience. * Supervise proper operation of the all-you-can-eat bar and menu. Personnel Management * Lead, motivate, and supervise the operational team. * Prepare schedules, shifts, and attendance records. * Coordinate onboarding and training for new staff. * Evaluate performance and propose improvements. Administrative and Financial Control * Monitor daily sales, cash closings, and reporting. * Oversee inventory and supply control. * Coordinate purchasing with suppliers. * Control shrinkage and waste. * Meet monthly budgets and targets. Processes and Continuous Improvement * Correctly implement internal procedures. * Implement operational and service improvements. * Supervise compliance with health and safety regulations.
