




Manage payments to suppliers who enter through the scale platform, coordinating transfers to be made and negotiated prices. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education \- Knowledge of payment vouchers. \- Knowledge of document filing. \- Intermediate and/or advanced Excel knowledge. \- Two years of experience in this position. \- Reside in areas adjacent to Los Olivos, Independencia. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain complete supplier data and submit a report on suppliers who have stopped selling. * Review and verify that purchase tickets are stamped and signed. * Track and confirm supplier payments. * Report on supplier account status. * Report supplier balances. * Report and physically validate pending collection vouchers. * Review purchase prices and valuations before printing supplier balances. * Validate advance reports against receipts and the system. * Coordinate supplier payments. * Contact and follow up with suppliers to ensure they issue their invoices within the month. * Report and coordinate transfers to be carried out. * Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager regarding all price variations from suppliers. * Evaluate job-related processes and propose improvements. * Other tasks assigned by the Administrator or Management.
