Job Summary: Provides support in supply chain management, identifying improvements and coordinating suppliers for specialized therapies. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the supplier database and local operations 2. Coordinates with international suppliers and logistics agents 3. Identifies opportunities for improvement in Supply Chain processes **NODISLAB** A pharmacy specialized in providing access to therapies (medications and medical devices) unavailable in Peru—primarily for oncology, endocrinology, neurology, hematology, and transplant specialties. **JOB MISSION** Support the Supply Chain Management team in local operations; effectively manage the international supplier database; achieve the department’s quantitative and qualitative objectives; and identify opportunities for improvement in current processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENT** * Proficiency in computer tools: Intermediate-level Excel (data analysis and pivot tables), presentation creation in PowerPoint, Prezi, and Canva, and Microsoft Word usage. * Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. **SKILLS** * Strong organizational and task management abilities. * Assertive communication and coordination skills. * Proactivity and capacity for continuous learning. * Attention to detail and information analysis capability. * Focus on process improvement and goal achievement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct research, evaluation, and development of new global suppliers, preparing comparative matrices. * Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agencies, and internal departments. * Generate and track international purchase orders. * Support cost and budget control for the department. * Coordinate and participate in periodic meetings with international suppliers to monitor operations. * Maintain up-to-date international supplier databases and ensure orderly filing and archiving of departmental documentation. * Generate performance reports for logistics and supply chains. * Participate in virtual and in-person fairs/congresses. * Identify opportunities for improvement in current procedures. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **BENEFITS** * HYBRID WORK: 3 days onsite – 2 days remote (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). * MYPE payroll (bonus, CTS, AFP, vacation benefits). * Salary plus productivity bonus.
