Position Summary: End-to-end dispatch tracking to ensure on-time deliveries while managing transportation logistics documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document management of transportation contracts and permits. 2. Control and generation of transit guide requests. 3. Monitoring of vehicles to ensure product delivery. **Mission:** To track dispatch scheduling end-to-end to ensure timely and proper delivery of products to customers, as well as maintain documentary control over the transportation logistics process. **Responsibilities:** * Manage documentation for transportation contracts and permits to monitor their validity and ensure EMR transportation. * Administer Purchase Orders to send service compliance documents to carriers. * Control and generate EMR transit guide requests for purchases, inter-warehouse transfers, and sales to end customers; ensure carriers submit waybills for Enaex’s accounting management. * Monitor daily vehicle scheduling at warehouses and track vehicles en route to end customers to ensure timely and proper product delivery. * Support preparation of distribution expense reports to determine transportation and supply costs incurred. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in related roles or within an industrial company (preferred). * Knowledge of transportation logistics processes (preferred). * Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (preferred). * Intermediate-level Office proficiency.
