




Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Dispatch Assistant to perform tasks related to loading, unloading, storage, and product control, ensuring order and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in customer service and maintaining order **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC YOUNG PROFESSIONAL FOR THE WAREHOUSE AND DISPATCH ASSISTANT POSITION!!!** **REQUIREMENTS:** GENDER: MALE EDUCATION: MINIMUM SECONDARY SCHOOL EXPERIENCE: 3 MONTHS OR MORE Ability to perform physical effort, such as loading and unloading goods and standing for extended periods. Desirable: Technical background in logistics, warehousing, or related fields. Basic proficiency in Excel or warehouse management systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Collect pallets and/or big bags from production and store them properly. 2. Preserve and exercise maximum care during storage to prevent torn bags and/or damaged big bags, or collapse of stacked items. 3. Store products by batch and avoid dispersion of batches. 4. Assist in controlling dispatches of finished products and various supplies (physical counts). 5. Collaborate in customer service (assist customers purchasing at our facilities). 6. Inspect and immediately notify the Warehouse Supervisor upon discovering deteriorated or contaminated products for segregation. 7. Cover and protect finished products at the end of each shift with plastic to shield them from rain and sunlight. 8. Label product batches on product packaging. 9. Work under conditions of hygiene and industrial safety. 10. Contribute to order and cleanliness within the department. 11. Comply with guidelines established in the Company’s Internal Regulations. 12. Ensure compliance with procedures and records under one’s responsibility within the Quality Management System. 13. Report any unsafe act or condition posing risks to personnel safety and/or health to the immediate supervisor, Head of Management Systems and Cost Control, or members of the Safety Committee. 14. Immediately inform the Talent Management Head upon occurrence of employee workplace accidents; report to the Head of Management Systems and Cost Control or members of the Safety Committee, and participate in related investigations. 15. Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment related to assigned duties. 16. Perform other activities arising from the fulfillment of one’s responsibilities and those assigned by the immediate superior supervisor within one’s area of competence.
