SEND CV: 908 935 359 **Job Opening** We require **students majoring in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**, with **immediate availability** to join this team. **Requirements:** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Availability to work scheduled shifts * Minimum education required: Completed secondary education. Technical training in logistics, warehouse management, or related areas is highly valued. * Prior experience in warehouse or logistics positions (minimum 3 months). * Basic knowledge of computer tools for inventory management. * Ability to perform physical tasks and handle heavy loads. * Excellent organizational and planning skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive delivery notes from suppliers who have reported their arrival. * Verify whether the receiving notes include an active purchase order in the system. * Enter merchandise into the system as quickly as possible and without errors. * Deliver stamped and signed delivery notes to suppliers as proof of acceptance. * Prepare and submit the transit warehouse report to the assigned supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** Customer orientation.
