




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to manage material receipt, quotations, procurement, inventory, and logistics coordination, supporting administration and field staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages quotations and negotiations with suppliers. 2. Controls and organizes inventories of materials and equipment. 3. Provides comprehensive logistical and administrative support. REQUIREMENTS Completed secondary education EXPERIENCE Preferably two (2) years of experience working in warehouses or in logistical and administrative support. FUNCTIONS 1. Receive all material and service requirements. 2. Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate prices prior to purchase generation. 3. Prepare comparative tables in the system. 4. Verify stock levels in coordination with the warehouse. 5. Generate purchase orders (POs) and service orders (SOs) in the system. 6. Request approvals for orders. 7. Coordinate with Treasury for check issuance and cash payments. 8. Monitor timely fulfillment of material orders submitted. 9. Record material, tool, machinery, and equipment receipts and issuances. 10. Store and control inventories in an orderly manner—materials, tools, machinery, and equipment received. 11. Maintain the warehouse and its contents clean and in good condition. 12. Respond promptly and efficiently to field staff requirements. 13. Support the Administrator in any assigned tasks. 14. Comply fully with all applicable safety regulations and policies, in accordance with safety procedures.
