




Job Summary: A major industrial company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage accounting, invoicing, and banking operations, as well as provide general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation. 2. Management of electronic invoicing and banking credit lines. 3. Support in tender processes and administrative control. **A prominent industrial company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.** **Requirements:** * Technical or university student in the final cycles of Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of credit and collections. * Familiarity with the STARSOFT ERP system. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Availability to work in Callao (Faucett Avenue, between Colonial and Faucett). * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** Prepare accounts receivable reports. Prepare accounts payable reports. Perform bank reconciliation. Issue electronic invoices. Manage banking credit lines, including letters of guarantee, promissory notes, letters of credit, etc. Manage discounted bills, factoring, and negotiable invoices with banks. Handle telecredit (BCP), Netcash (BBVA), and Interbank platform. Process payments to suppliers, utility services, payroll, etc. Manage petty cash. Prepare sales commission reports. Support tender processes. Supervise assigned personnel. File documentation related to assigned responsibilities. Perform other administrative duties or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Work under pressure. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:45 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 12:15 pm. Position type: Full-time. Labor regime: REMYPE. Salary: Indicate salary expectations.
