We are a young and dedicated team committed to delivering a high-quality experience; therefore, we seek a responsible, organized individual with an excellent attitude. ⸻ Responsibilities: * Prepare beverages and cocktails according to established standards. * Propose new beverage options and improvements to the menu. * Manage and control bar supplies. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of the area. * Meet service timeframes and quality standards. * Assist with inventories and shrinkage control. ⸻ Profile: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a bartender. * Education and knowledge in classic and modern mixology. * Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. * Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure. ⸻ We Offer: * Salary: S/ .1,800 plus bonuses and tips — estimated monthly income S/. 2,500 * Statutory benefits. * Bonuses and incentives for meeting targets. * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
