Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Offset Printing Machine Operator to perform setup, operation, and quality control of printing machines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and quality control of Offset machines (Roland 300) 2. Participation in autonomous and corrective maintenance of the machine 3. Positive work environment and continuous training We are a graphic arts company with over 40 years in the market, currently seeking an Offset Printing Machine Operator (Roland 300\). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical background in Offset Press, Production, or Graphic Arts. (Preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review job scheduling. * Perform line clearance, cleaning of supplies and machine components. * Knowledge of and ability to use a densitometer. * Perform machine setup and control of consumables to be used. * Inspect and ensure print quality, avoiding spots, streaks, ink mottle, etc. * Perform machine adjustment and operation, adhering to production processes and schedules to meet timing, quality, and efficiency standards. * Complete pre-press color adjustment for printing to achieve the customer-approved color proof. * Prepare production reports, including incidents occurring during the process, to systematize information. * Participate in autonomous and corrective maintenance tasks for the assigned machine or equipment. * Results-oriented. **WE OFFER:** * Pleasant work environment * Ongoing training * MYPE payroll registration * Salary: To be discussed Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
