What Are We Looking For? * Bachelor's degree in Food Industries, Food Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in food, baking, or confectionery companies. * Solid knowledge of production process management and improvement. * Familiarity with basic operation and maintenance of bakery equipment and machinery. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production according to the established schedule. * Organize staff allocation and ensure adherence to the daily production schedule. * Supervise production records and evaluate the performance of each batch. * Ensure timely supply of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and packing materials. * Monitor inventories of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products. * Verify proper functioning of machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Lead, evaluate, and follow up on the performance of operational staff.
