




Position Summary: Support in proposal-related activities, database development and management, instrument configuration, and internal administration. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the configuration and application of data collection instruments. **a) Academic Qualifications:** * University graduate (within the last 1 year) in Economics, Economic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics. **b) Continuous Learning:** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of APA guidelines (preferred) * Knowledge of STATA, SPSS (preferred) * Knowledge of Teams (preferred) **c) Experience:** * 6 months of pre-professional and/or professional internship experience related to the field of study. **d) Working Conditions:** * Remuneration: S/ 1,130\.00 * Work Modality: Hybrid * Reference Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) * Benefits: Career development path **e) Skills/Competencies:** * Strong values-based education. * Analytical ability. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Written communication skills (writing proficiency) **f) Responsibilities:** * Support in activities related to preparing proposals for calls for proposals: identifying consultants, opportunities, and institutions for potential consortia; preparing documentation according to established protocols. * Support in database development and quality control. * Support in configuring data collection instruments and applying them. * Support internal administrative activities of the organization.
