Requirements: · Technical studies in Textile Garment Manufacturing, Textile Production, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience in garment quality control and finish inspection. · Knowledge of fabrics · Proficiency in Excel Responsibilities: · Control the quality of production prototypes, ensuring that technical specification sheets are correctly implemented. Verification must be performed on-site; if requirements are not met, the relevant corrections must be requested from the service provider. · Approve prototypes and document observations for correction or improvement in production. · Monitor and ensure quality across all production processes: Cutting – Sewing – Finishing – Printing – Embroidery. · Ensure the cutting process: control of measurements, symmetry, and matching between components. · Ensure the sewing process: verify compliance with sewing specifications required by the technical specification sheet – prototype provided by Lumicenter, regarding construction, measurements, use of trims, and quality specifications. · Conduct in-line garment manufacturing audits and final quality audits per batch, according to the applicable AQL table.
