Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary: This role ensures product and process quality by inspecting raw materials and finished products, and improving productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product, process, and raw material quality. 2. Conduct rigorous production inspections and evaluations. 3. Approve or reject new materials and maintain area order. · Ensure product, process, and finished product quality, as well as raw material quality; improve company productivity. · During the first round, inspect the first three consecutive pressings from each machine for the products being molded, comparing them against the standard sample; if any anomaly is found, report it to the shift supervisor for corrective action. · Leave a sample at each machine at the start of each production run, specifying measurements, color, finish, date, and signature authorizing the start of production. · Verify and record process parameters, cycle time, and pressure (in case of blow molding). · Evaluate functional, leak-tightness, dimensional, and destructive tests, recording results in their respective forms. · Record evaluation data every 2 hours for weight and every 8 hours for dimensional checks in the control forms (digital version). · Inspect, sample, and evaluate production during the process. · Report rejected products to the Quality Control Manager. · Approve or reject new material trials, conducting required tests and evaluations, and reporting findings to the Quality Control Manager. · Supervise labeling quality. · Perform tasks assigned by the Quality Control Manager. · Maintain order in the work area. Report significant shift occurrences to the Quality Control Manager and document them in the corresponding report.
