Operation of systems such as NISIRA and measurement equipment SANITATION AND CLEANING INSPECTOR \- 2 VACANCIES **PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:** Ensure, supervise, and validate the correct implementation of hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection programs across the agro-export facility’s premises, equipment, and utensils. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Validation of POES (Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures) * Procurement of materials, supplies, and chemicals. * Attendance and absenteeism reporting. * Pest monitoring. * BPM audit **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Agro-industrial Engineering, Food Industries, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biology, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in sanitation, quality control, or hygiene roles within food processing plants, packing facilities, or agro-export operations. * Knowledge and application of HACCP, BPM, and POES. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel skills, indicator tracking, and NISIRA system operation. * Use of measurement equipment (lux meters, potentiometers, chemical titration kits) **SCHEDULES:** Vacancy 1: 2 PM to 10 PM \- Fixed shift \- Weekly salary: S/.390 (equivalent monthly salary: S/. 1690\) Vacancy 2: 8 AM to 5 PM / 10 PM to 7 AM \- Rotating shift \- Weekly salary: S/.390 to S/.450 (equivalent monthly salary: S/. 1690 to S/. 1950\) Salary: S/.1,690\.00 \- S/.1,950\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which shift are you interested in?
