Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced textile screen printing squeegee operator with expertise in printing knitted garments and handling inks to meet production targets. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the work area and tools clean Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a squeegee operator in textile screen printing. * Proficiency in manual printing tables or octopus screen printing machines. * Knowledge of ink types (plastisol, water-based, etc.). * Control of pressure and squeegee angle. * Experience printing on knitted garments (cotton, lycra, or elastic fabrics). * Work under production targets. * Responsible, punctual individual with a positive attitude. * Preferably residing in San Juan de Miraflores or nearby areas. Responsibilities * Carry out the printing process according to production orders. * Verify frame registration and alignment. * Monitor print quality (defects, stains, improper pressure). * Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools. * Meet daily production targets.
