Continuous training **SSI GROUP** is seeking a **Workshop Manager** with experience in generator sets, oriented toward technical team leadership and preventive and corrective maintenance management. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate workshop activities. * Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of generator sets. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures. * Supervise technical staff and ensure completion of scheduled tasks. * Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and spare parts. * Prepare technical reports and track work orders. * Coordinate field services when required. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Requirements * Certified technician or graduate in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as Workshop Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar positions. * Solid knowledge of maintenance and repair of **generator sets** (mechanical and electrical components). * Experience in maintenance planning and control. * Personnel management experience. * Valid driver's license (Class A\-I or higher). * Willingness to travel within the country.
