Ongoing training and a positive work environment. **Job Description** CITEMAC is an independent Peruvian engineering company specializing in assurance and quality control of construction materials, as well as their commercialization. We are currently seeking a **Junior Laboratory and Site Assistant** to join our team. **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical student in final semesters or graduate of Soil Laboratory, Concrete and Asphalt, Civil Construction, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of construction materials, concrete, aggregates, and soils. * Familiarity with laboratory equipment and tools is desirable. * Responsible, proactive, self-motivated individual with strong learning ability, good communication skills, and teamwork orientation. * Availability to perform duties both in the laboratory and on-site. **Main Responsibilities** * Demolding, coding, identification, and control of concrete test specimens. * Placing and organizing concrete test specimens in designated curing areas. * Assisting in the receipt, transportation, and storage of concrete, aggregate, and soil samples. * Supporting the execution of concrete compressive strength tests and other complementary laboratory and field tests. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the laboratory, equipment, tools, and work areas. * Cleaning, conditioning, and preparing molds, equipment, and materials as required. * Assisting in the collection and transportation of samples, materials, and equipment among sites, clients, and the laboratory. * Complying with company-established safety, quality, and procedural standards. * Performing other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits and Conditions** * On-site work in San Juan de Miraflores. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for learning and professional development.
