We are seeking a BIM Coordinator for a hospital project to coordinate interferences, update models, and perform documentary tracking within a dynamic team.

Currently, we are seeking a **BIM Coordinator**, to work on a Hospital Project located in Santiago, Chile. **Functional/Contextual Aspects of the Position (Considerations):**
* The role requires performing duties within the Engineering Department.
* The role involves constant interaction among team members.
* The role demands strong memory, attention, concentration, and analytical skills.
* The role requires oral and written communication skills.
**We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:**
* A graduate professional in Construction Engineering or Architecture, with complementary BIM training.
* 3–4 years of experience in road construction projects.
* Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
* Knowledge of general urban planning and construction regulations, NCH standards, and BIM standards.
* Strong teamwork orientation, autonomy, proactivity, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to order and information/document quality within the area.
* Professional certifications and postgraduate degrees related to the field will be positively valued.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate interferences among disciplines to generate an updated drawing enabling optimal on-site installation.
* Perform model exports to provide specialists with the updated 3D model.
* Modify drawings shared via BIM 360 for departments requiring them.
* Track documentary control over time to record, analyze, and improve project modifications.
* Update models in response to RDI (Requests for Design Information) arising during execution and project feedback.
* Participate monthly in coordination meetings with the Building Management team to structure and plan upcoming processes.
