Job Summary: Menta Dentists is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, driving patient acquisition, retention, and brand positioning. Key Highlights: 1. We are Menta Dentists, a dental clinic with two locations in Lima and over 7 years of experience in dentistry, growing steadily and committed to delivering healthy smiles and high-quality care. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the clinic’s marketing strategy, driving new patient acquisition, current patient retention, and brand positioning through results-oriented and sustainable growth initiatives. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement marketing strategies focused on patient acquisition and retention. * Build, optimize, and manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion. * Develop and strengthen brand positioning on social media. * Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads campaigns aimed at lead generation. * Analyze metrics, KPIs, and results to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. * Prepare periodic performance reports and present data-driven proposals. **Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading marketing strategies. * Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Experience building and optimizing sales funnels. * Proficiency in metric analysis. * Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities. **Competencies** * Strategic thinking. * Leadership and team management. * Results orientation. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and innovation. **We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment. * Continuous training. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Work Location** * Block 1, Tomás Valle Avenue, San Martín de Porres, Lima. * Reference: Near Plaza Norte and the Tomás Valle Metro station.
