We are currently seeking **02 Bachelor of Nursing professionals for Guillermo Kaelin Hospital**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University Professional Degree in Nursing, registered with the professional association and licensed to practice. * Specialist Certification in Nephrology or Certificate of Completion of the Nephrology Specialty Program. (Desirable) * Minimum two (02\) years of relevant professional work experience in clinical settings, acquired after obtaining the University Professional Degree and excluding SERUMS. * Minimum one (01\) year of work experience in dialysis. * Basic CPR certification is desirable. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work at Villa María del Triunfo\- Guillermo Kaelin Hospital. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide comprehensive, specialized nursing care to outpatient and inpatient (ICU, Emergency) patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis therapy (hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis). * Formulate nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans according to patient complexity and condition. * Identify, plan, organize, and implement individualized nursing care for each dialysis treatment (Nursing Care Plan). * Perform nursing activities and procedures in accordance with established protocols and clinical guidelines. * Carry out procedures using biomedical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and functionality. * Participate in committees and commissions, and sign relevant reports within the scope of professional competence. **BENEFITS:** * All statutory benefits. * Continuous training opportunities. * Discounts with educational institutions, oncology insurance discounts, vendor visits, and more. * Work for an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the most prestigious global healthcare accreditations). **Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
