Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Production Operator, with the following profile: Requirements:* Completed primary and secondary education. * Knowledge of measurement equipment usage (not mandatory). * Knowledge of PPE usage. * Basic knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, and of Environmental Aspect and Impact Identification related to own activities. Responsibilities:* Verify that machines are in perfect condition before commencing operations. * Report daily production output. * Carry out production work in accordance with established quality and safety parameters. * Contribute to environmental protection from one’s assigned position. * Promote self-control during task execution. * Notify the Production Manager and/or Maintenance Manager of any anomalies or non-conforming products arising during the production process. * Support colleagues in performing tasks, promoting teamwork. * Support implementation and execution of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Environmental policies from one’s assigned position. * Use PPE correctly and perform proper maintenance and care. * Notify the Production Manager and/or Maintenance Manager regarding the need for maintenance of equipment under one’s responsibility. * Support the Maintenance Manager during equipment and machine maintenance activities. * Comply with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions. * Mandatory participation in 5-minute safety talks. * At the end of each day, leave the workstation and machine clean. * Meet the KPIs established for the position. * Identify hazards to safety and health, as well as environmental aspects related to job activities, and apply and comply with relevant control measures.
