Therefore, you will be an integral part of the team, meaning everything you do will directly impact the quality of service we deliver to our clients, helping them assess and optimize their businesses. This is what differentiates EY in the advisory market. **Senior IT Consultant:** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related field. * Over 3 years of experience as an IT consultant, focusing on areas such as application architecture, integrations, data migration, and data quality within application implementation projects. * Experience in IT management improvement projects, including enhancing IT strategy, organization, and processes—such as requirements management. * Experience serving as leader or member of a PMO, responsible for planning, monitoring, and risk management of technology initiatives. * Over 1 year of experience with a consulting firm. * Financial sector experience is desirable. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. * ITIL certification. **Responsibilities** * Project leadership, planning, and schedule development * Schedule monitoring activities * Risk and deviation management * Coordination of activities with business and technology teams * Preparation of status and progress reports * Management of project information and documentation * Estimation and tracking of financial project initiatives * Continuous improvement of IT management. **Competencies** * Conscious leadership and effective communication * Planning and results orientation * Adaptability and continuous learning * Ownership mindset * Healthy ambition and shared success orientation
