Review the requirements in the post and apply. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Civil Works Resident Engineer** for high-voltage electrical substation projects. We seek a professional with solid experience in civil works execution and on-site supervision. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute civil works activities at electrical substations. * Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule standards. * Coordinate with various departments involved in the project. * Monitor construction progress and submit periodic reports. * Manage on-site resources and personnel. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum of **5 years of professional experience**. * Participation in at least **5 similar civil works projects** at high-voltage electrical substations (60 kV, 138 kV, 220 kV, and 500 kV) within the last 10 years. * Availability for permanent on-site work. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization and planning * Teamwork * Effective communication * Results orientation * Commitment to safety **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Positive work environment * Participation in large-scale projects Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
