A Transportation and Logistics company is seeking an **Administrative Supervisor**, responsible for supervising and controlling the company's administrative processes, ensuring document order, compliance with internal procedures, and proper coordination among various operational and administrative departments.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative supervision, management control, or administrative coordination roles.
* Experience in developing and improving internal procedures.
* Knowledge of document management and administrative control.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to prepare management reports and performance indicators.
* Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or service companies is desirable.
Responsibilities
* Supervise compliance with the company's established administrative procedures.
* Implement controls to maintain document and operational order across departments.
* Monitor procurement, billing, collections, cash handling, expense reporting, and document archiving processes.
* Supervise proper management of contracts, service orders, and customer and supplier documentation.
* Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, Billing, and Human Resources departments to ensure compliance with internal processes.
* Develop and maintain up-to-date manuals, procedures, and work templates.
* Conduct internal control audits and identify improvement opportunities.
* Supervise physical and digital document control and archiving.
* Prepare management performance indicators and reports.
* Track observations, incidents, and pending tasks from various departments.
* Propose improvements aimed at increasing administrative and operational efficiency.
* Verify compliance with internal policies and company-established regulations.
