Coordinate and monitor collections in a timely manner. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for our retail-sector client! On behalf of our client—a growing retail company—we are seeking an Accounting Assistant to provide support in administrative, documentary, and accounting management. **Main Responsibilities:** **Manage administrative and financial procedures:** supplier registration, requests for bank guarantees, and coordination of documents with financial institutions. **Administer and organize documentation:** filing, contract control (signing, legalization, and expiration dates), insurance renewals, and license renewals. **Record commercial and accounting information:** daily entry and updating of sales data on shopping center portals, as well as support in accounting tasks. **Coordinate and monitor collections:** communication with clients and payment tracking to ensure timely recovery. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables required). Experience handling procedures with financial institutions and shopping centers is desirable. Salary range: S/1,200 to S/1,300 Availability to work onsite in Surco.
