A company with over 28 years of experience, specializing in providing solutions for managing operational and documentary processes within leading organizations in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors, is seeking a **Receptionist**, who meets the following requirements: **Requirements**: * Proficiency in Excel at an advanced beginner level (Mandatory) * Customer service skills * Experience in documentary work * Experience in reception/typing * Computer proficiency **Responsibilities:** \- Receiving and validating various types of documents via email and in person from users or suppliers \- Digitizing duly validated documents \- Registering documents in Excel or client systems \- Generating reports on received documents \- Sending documents to custody \- Delivering documents to users \- Responding to inquiries \- Providing support at the reception desk \- Willingness to undergo training for different positions **Competencies:** * Proactive.
