Requirements: Technical degree in Executive Secretarial Studies or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive roles Impeccable organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proactivity to manage complex cross-departmental coordination operations Advanced proficiency in MS Office, document management tools, and ERP software Familiarity with commercial and employment contracts Residence in La Molina or surrounding areas Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings with clients and company technicians. Prepare and review documents. Support administrative and commercial procedures. Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and managerial reports. Organize contracts and documentation related to the company's economic and commercial activities. Monitor and follow up on daily operations, as well as prepare reports for meetings.
