Opportunity to learn and develop in HR **Job Description** The HR Administration Intern provides support in the administrative and operational processes of the HR department, contributing to proper human talent management, document management, and compliance with the organization’s internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the recruitment and selection process (posting job offers, screening resumes, coordinating interviews). * Manage and update the employee database. * Support the preparation and control of employment contracts, personnel files, and related documentation. * Collaborate in the onboarding process for new employees. * Support attendance, leave, and vacation tracking. * Support payroll management (data entry, data validation). * Participate in workplace climate initiatives, training programs, and organizational well-being activities. * Provide administrative support to the department (filing, reporting, indicator monitoring). * Comply with current internal policies and labor regulations. **Requirements** * University or technical student majoring in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) at basic or intermediate level. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Prior internship or related experience is preferred but not mandatory.
