Participation in workplace climate and organizational well-being activities. **Job Description** The Human Resources Administration Intern provides support for administrative and operational processes within the HR department, contributing to effective human talent management, document administration, and compliance with the organization’s internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the recruitment and selection process (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination). * Manage and update the employee database. * Assist in preparing and maintaining employment contracts, personnel files, and related documentation. * Collaborate in the onboarding process for new employees. * Support attendance, leave, and vacation tracking. * Assist in payroll management (data entry, data validation). * Participate in workplace climate initiatives, training programs, and organizational well-being activities. * Provide administrative support to the department (filing, reporting, performance indicator tracking). * Comply with current internal policies and labor regulations. **Requirements** * University or technical student majoring in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (preferred). * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) at a basic or intermediate level. * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. * Prior internship or related experience is preferred but not mandatory.
