




Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Control Engineer for sanitation engineering projects, responsible for comprehensive schedule and reporting management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and monitoring of project master schedules. 2. Coordinate planning strategies with construction and supervision teams. 3. Prepare periodic project reports and executive presentations. We are currently seeking: 01 PLANNING AND CONTROL ENGINEER – SANITATION ENGINEERING PROJECT Requirements: * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitation Engineering, or a related field; duly registered and licensed. * Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable experience in planning and control of infrastructure projects (preferably in water and sanitation). * Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Advanced Excel skills and experience developing monitoring dashboards; Power BI experience is desirable. * Knowledge of project management methodologies: Earned Value Management (EVM), S-curves, critical path analysis. * Ability to prepare and present reports; strong communication skills (oral and written). * Familiarity with Peruvian public procurement regulations and construction supervision will be an advantage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and approve the project master schedule (baseline) using P6 and/or MS Project, including critical path identification, milestones, and deliverables. * Maintain the schedule up to date: conduct weekly/monthly physical and financial progress tracking, S-curves, Earned Value Management (EVM), and key performance indicators. * Identify delays, perform root-cause analysis, propose recovery plans and value-based rescheduling, and submit them to supervision/contracting entity. * Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure schedule feasibility and alignment with production and logistics. * Integrate the schedule with cost, production, and resource data, and develop monitoring dashboards (preferably in Power BI or advanced Excel). * Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly), look-ahead schedules (2–4 weeks), deviation reports, and executive presentations for management and/or contracting entity. * Ensure compliance with supervision standards, contractual obligations, and public works regulatory frameworks (e.g., Office of the Supervisory Body for State Procurement – OSCE; Technical Agency for Sanitation Services Administration – OTASS; National Water Authority – ANA, etc.), as applicable to the project. * Participate in construction coordination meetings, record minutes, incorporate schedule adjustments, and maintain document control.
