RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT At C6V Security, we are looking for a committed Recruitment and Selection Assistant dedicated to talent acquisition, selection process efficiency, and strengthening the Human Resources Management area. Job Description: Responsible for supporting recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel, ensuring timely vacancy coverage. Tasks include posting job offers, screening resumes, scheduling and assisting interviews, verifying references, and consolidating documentation for hiring. Provides administrative HR support, updates databases, manages performance indicators, tracks new hires, and ensures compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. **Required Profile:** \- Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Human Talent, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection processes (preferably in security or service companies). \- Basic knowledge of hiring processes and document management. \- Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel preferred). \- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. \- Ability to work under pressure and meet vacancy coverage targets.
