Corporate benefits from partner brands At **JB Business Consulting Firm**, we are currently looking for a **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION INTERN (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)** for the **Organizational Wellness and Culture** department. **Requirements:** ✅ **Education**: University student (6th to 8th semester) majoring in Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or related fields. ✅ **Preferably enrolled in evening classes.** ✅ Theoretical knowledge of recruitment and selection, job posting creation and publication, competency-based interviewing techniques, and job description development. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva (Basic level). ✅ **Access to technological tools required for remote work.** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Support the creation, updating, and dissemination of job postings across various employment platforms, professional networks, and the firm’s institutional communication channels. 2\. Assist in candidate sourcing, identification, and resume evaluation, verifying alignment with the required profile for each position. 3\. Coordinate virtual interviews, track applicants throughout the hiring process stages, and maintain timely communication with candidates. 4\. Support the preparation of recruitment reports, coverage metrics, time-to-hire indicators, and selection process tracking. 5\. Participate in updating applicant databases, interview records, document control, and institutional talent pool organization. 6\.
