**CLEANING STAFF RECRUITER** **Position Profile:** We are looking for a **proactive, committed individual with excellent communication skills** to handle the recruitment of cleaning operators for various areas of Lima. This person must be willing to travel across different districts to find candidates, both in person and at high-traffic locations (job fairs, commercial areas, municipalities, etc.). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **field recruitment of cleaning operators** (public areas, job fairs, municipal job boards, etc.). * Post job advertisements on physical and digital platforms. * Coordinate mass interviews and candidate calls. * Perform initial candidate screening. * Assist in document delivery and initial induction. * Maintain a database of applicants. **Requirements:** * **Completed secondary education** (minimum). * Previous experience in recruitment (desirable, not essential). * Basic knowledge of districts/areas of Metropolitan Lima. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * **Availability for constant mobility.** **Salary: S/1.130** Job type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 1 month Salary: From S/.1,200.00 per month Application Questions: * AGE * DISTRICT * DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT?
