




A leading telecommunications company is looking for a field recruiter to perform the following responsibilities: **Requirements:** * Graduate of Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter. * Experience in mass hiring processes is desirable. * Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. * Availability to conduct fieldwork (flyering, job fairs, activations, etc.). * Proficient in Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * 100% onsite work. **Responsibilities:** * Posting and sourcing candidates through job boards. * Conducting selection interviews. * Providing initial onboarding for selected candidates. * Tracking and recording staffing requirements. * Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement in the selection process. * Identifying and implementing new recruitment methods to increase candidate volume. * Meeting requested headcount targets. * Participating in job fairs and conducting flyering in assigned areas. **Benefits:** * Competitive market salary. * Formal payroll with all statutory benefits.
