We are a Peruvian company with over **25 years of experience** in the market and are currently looking for a **Selection Assistant** to strengthen our Human Resources team. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Recruitment and Selection processes. * Experience in operational and mass hiring processes. * Knowledge of Management Systems (desirable). * Availability to work on-site in Chorrillos. Main Responsibilities * Execute personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings, conduct resume screening, interviews, and assessments. * Coordinate field recruitment campaigns and manage various candidate sourcing channels. * Maintain up-to-date employee files. * Manage the candidate database and prepare departmental metrics. * Support workplace climate initiatives and other duties inherent to the position.
