Manage and maintain components of the Business Continuity Program for Auna Peru’s critical processes. 2\. Coordinate and execute Business Impact Analysis (BIA) exercises, identifying impacts, dependencies, critical resources, and recovery requirements. 3\. Define and keep updated business recovery objectives (RTO, RPO, MTPD, and minimum operational levels). 4\. Identify risks associated with critical processes, strategic suppliers, and operational dependencies relevant to business continuity. 5\. Develop, update, and coordinate validation of business continuity plans for areas under scope. 6\. Coordinate and execute simulations, continuity tests, and recovery exercises for critical processes. 7\. Track action plans arising from audits, simulations, risk assessments, and continuity reviews. 8\. Review and evaluate business continuity plans of critical service providers. 9\. Promote continuity culture through training and awareness activities. 10\. Act as liaison between business recovery needs and technological recovery capabilities. 11\. Coordinate with Technology teams to validate recovery requirements and align Technology Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies. 12\. Participate in regional initiatives aimed at strengthening integration between Business Continuity and Technology Continuity. 13\. Support planning and execution of integrated tests between business continuity plans and technological recovery plans. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields * 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity * Experience managing critical processes and business continuity plans * Experience coordinating activities with Technology departments and knowledge of DRP * Preferred experience in healthcare, insurance, or service-sector organizations. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
