Define and keep updated business recovery objectives (RTO, RPO, MTPD, and minimum operational levels). 4\. Identify risks associated with critical processes, strategic suppliers, and operational dependencies relevant to business continuity. 5\. Develop, update, and coordinate validation of business continuity plans for areas under scope. 6\. Coordinate and execute simulations, continuity tests, and recovery exercises for critical processes. 7\. Track action plans arising from audits, simulations, risk assessments, and continuity reviews. 8\. Review and evaluate business continuity plans of critical service providers. 9\. Promote continuity culture through training and awareness activities. 10\. Act as liaison between business recovery needs and technological recovery capabilities. 11\. Coordinate with Technology teams to validate recovery requirements and align Technology Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies. 12\. Participate in regional initiatives aimed at strengthening integration between Business Continuity and Technology Continuity. 13\.
