We seek an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can provide comprehensive support in the organization's human resource management processes. Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end payroll process: calculation, validation, and payment, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Administer and monitor personnel attendance: registration, incidents, and reporting. * Execute recruitment and selection processes for various departments, from job posting to onboarding. * Maintain up-to-date personnel records and documentation. * Provide support in other human resource management processes, such as workplace climate, training, and development. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll management, personnel administration, and recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of current labor regulations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. **CONDITIONS** Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday \- Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience managing payroll, salary registers, and personnel control?
