




ADM Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruitment Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting recruitment, selection, and hiring of new employees. We are looking for a proactive individual capable of identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and evaluating applicants. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings requested by each department. * Review resumes and perform appropriate screening to initiate interviews and evaluations of potential candidates. * Administer psychological assessments to applicants according to the positions requested. * Issue a psycho-occupational report, including results of the assessments performed and required verifications. * Present recruitment metrics. * Update the candidate database, including backups and candidates deemed unsuitable for the position. * Prepare personnel files. * Provide support on payroll-related matters and resolve employee inquiries. * Send employment contracts and renewals to workers (track signatures). * Update the contract control matrix. * Responsible for company culture. * Performance evaluations. * Location: Office in Miraflores. * Work modality: 100% in-person. **Requirements:** * Degree: Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields focused on people. * Formal education and/or training in Competency-Based Interviewing and Recruitment & Selection (MANDATORY). * Level: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of psychological assessments or tests. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing similar functions. **Benefits:** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Pleasant work environment. * Microenterprise regime.
