Position Summary: Support internal and operational communications, event management, social media, and personnel documentation, with the vision of becoming the best retail operator in the Peruvian market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key support in internal communications and dissemination of announcements 2. Management of corporate social media networks and organization of events 3. Support in onboarding and updating internal information Provide support in designing, preparing, writing, and disseminating internal announcements. Provide operational support during onboarding. Update information in the company's internal database. Manage the company's corporate social media networks, such as LinkedIn, job portals, and WhatsApp. Assist in organizing internal company events and holidays (logistics, execution, and registration). Manage and safeguard employee personnel files. Source and coordinate with vendors for various company initiatives. Maintain direct communication with company staff. Requirements Students in the final cycles of Communications, Psychology, or related fields. Knowledge of corporate internal communications Minimum 6 months of pre-professional internship experience.
