




A continuously growing logistics operator, specializing in providing comprehensive, efficient, and reliable logistics solutions. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the implementation and strengthening of organizational culture, talent development, and professionalization of people management processes, aligned with the company’s objectives. **Responsibilities** * Design and lead the HR strategy aligned with business goals. * Act as a strategic partner to senior management and departmental leaders. * Ensure optimal management of HR functions, payroll, recruitment, and development. * Supervise proper personnel administration in accordance with internal policies and labor legislation. * Implement personnel administration policies to optimize processes. * Conduct interviews and recruit for required positions. * Develop and retain the talent necessary for the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. * Develop and retain the talent necessary for the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. * Prepare employment contracts and track renewals. * Manage and monitor payroll payments and legal obligations, ensuring compliance with all social benefits. * Submit forms to secure SCTR and LIFE LAW insurance policies and monitor payment status. * Maintain and update employee labor documentation and personnel files in an organized manner and in compliance with regulations. * Manage internal benefits: birthdays, memberships, educational agreements, etc. Supervise and monitor loans, advances, biweekly payments, and related processes. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR tools, KPIs, recruitment, climate, culture, and performance management. * Experience: 4 to 5 years in HR, managing people and projects. * Willingness to travel abroad. **Competencies:** Leadership, clear and assertive communication.
