Learn about the Management Control Coordinator position. * Monitor the proper execution of projects, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders, verifying alignment with budgets assigned to Vice Presidencies or Corporate Managerial Units under your scope of support. * Conduct operational monitoring of third-party services that provide direct or indirect support to control management, ensuring continuity and quality of the support provided. * Analyze financial and operational data, identifying variances and trends enabling informed decision-making. * Develop annual Plan and Forecast. Ensure information is aligned with internal clients and leaders. * Guarantee compliance with procurement processes within the VP/GC under your management. * Support compliance with defined procurement processes, verifying their proper execution in monitored units. * Ensure accurate accounting provisioning for assigned managerial units. * Develop predictive analyses and/or estimates to anticipate financial closing, enabling timely actions to achieve company goals. What We Need From You: * 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Management Control, or Network Expense Control * Knowledge of Financial Statements, Process Optimization, Business Intelligence, Database (desirable) **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Advanced-level Excel * Intermediate-level Power BI * Basic-level SQL * Basic-level Python (desirable) * ERP SAP or Oracle **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
