Job Summary: Attract and select talent aligned with the culture of Entel Connect Center, developing and updating job requirements, posting job offers, and managing the entire selection process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attract and select talent aligned with the company culture 2. Manage the salary negotiation and hiring process 3. Provide candidate support through the ATS **Job Description** ---------------------- Attract and select talent aligned with the company culture and each hiring manager’s needs. * Develop and update job requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Post job openings on appropriate portals and channels. * Screen resumes against each position’s specifications to propose shortlists of top candidates. * Administer psychometric tests and generate corresponding reports. * Conduct remote and in-person interviews to validate candidates’ professional profiles. * Manage the salary negotiation and hiring process. * Request and collect necessary documentation for onboarding. * Provide candidate support throughout the selection process via the ATS. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience: Recruitment and selection experience is appreciated * Graduates of Psychology programs **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
