Salary negotiation and process closure DESCRIPTION We are seeking an Energy Sector Researcher with solid experience in specialized recruitment, focused on headhunting, cold outreach, and comprehensive management of the selection process for clients in the energy industry, including generation, distribution, and/or sector suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct cold outreach and active talent search within the energy sector using hunting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bumeran, databases, and market mapping. * Gather and analyze candidate profiles with internal and/or external clients, understanding the technical and operational requirements of the energy business. * Evaluate, present, and advocate candidates to clients. * Manage the entire end\-to\-end recruitment process. * Negotiate salaries and close processes with selected candidates. * Provide continuous follow-up and support to clients and candidates throughout the entire process. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Researcher/Recruiter in the energy sector, either at recruitment consultancies or energy industry companies (generation, distribution, and/or suppliers). * Proficiency in the full recruitment cycle (profile briefing, hunting, interviews, and closing). * Proven experience in headhunting and cold outreach for energy sector profiles. * Strong negotiation skills with clients and candidates (particularly regarding salary and terms). * Availability to work in a hybrid mode (3 days onsite in San Borja). * Intermediate or advanced English.
