We are a Chinese-capital industrial company dedicated to manufacturing and distributing porcelain tiles and ceramic wall and floor coverings nationwide. Our location is in Chilca, Cañete Province, Lima. Are you coming from afar? We provide camp accommodations (housing and meals) for workdays. **What will I do?** Plan, lead, and execute personnel attraction and selection processes across all organizational levels, ensuring timely position coverage and alignment with strategic objectives. **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or related fields (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing and executing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in the industrial sector or related fields (mandatory). * Experience handling both mass and individual recruitment processes, job boards, job fairs, and institutional relations (mandatory). * Diploma and/or specialized course in human talent management, human resources, or labor legislation (mandatory). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to work on-site in Chilca (Cañete) (mandatory). **What do we offer?** * Formal payroll under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits (bonus payments, CTS, vacation, profit-sharing). * Coming from afar?
