Record allocations for Continuous Care services. **Job Description** ---------------------- Process the settlement of services provided by the Continuous Care multidisciplinary team. Record allocations for services provided by the Continuous Care multidisciplinary team. Assemble and submit files with appropriate supporting documentation (guarantee letters, SITEDS, etc.) for corresponding invoicing. Receive, physically or virtually, billing reports and delivery guides from the hospital medical equipment rental provider for home-based patients; and validate them to proceed with service payment. Conduct the corresponding administrative audit and correct allocations as appropriate. Submit the monthly report of Continuous Care service allocations to the audit team (medical and billing) for review.
