Position Summary: Process the settlement, registration, submission, and audit of Continuous Care services and hospital medical equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process the settlement of multidisciplinary team services. 2. Conduct administrative audits and correct allocations. 3. Record allocations for Continuous Care services. **Job Description** ---------------------- Process the settlement of services provided by the Continuous Care multidisciplinary team. Record allocations for services provided by the Continuous Care multidisciplinary team. Assemble and submit files with appropriate supporting documentation (guarantee letters, SITEDS, etc.) for corresponding invoicing. Receive, physically or virtually, billing reports and delivery guides from the hospital medical equipment rental provider for home-based patients; and validate them to proceed with service payment. Conduct the corresponding administrative audit and correct allocations as appropriate. Submit the monthly report of Continuous Care service allocations to the audit team (medical and billing) for review. Submit the necessary supporting documentation for Continuous Care hospital medical equipment rentals to the audit team (medical and billing) for review. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed or incomplete university or technical studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in administrative roles or similar positions, preferably within the healthcare sector. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
